"Disappointing UPS Delivery Experience"
When it comes to my online shopping with Axent, I thought their website was pretty decent, but it seemed a bit more suited for big businesses than for folks like me. I ran into some issues with the UPS delivery. After one try, they sent my package to a pick-up spot that was a real hassle to get to, and the failed delivery notice was left in a spot that was just plain wrong—thankfully, I stumbled upon it. I really expected them to make a second delivery attempt and provide a clear time frame for when it would arrive.

I'm really pleased with the quality of the polo shirts we ordered for our team. They come in a lovely deep color, feel super soft, and the sizes are quite generous. An outstanding product for the cost. Quick shipping and great communication through the online chat with customer service. 5 out of 5, would totally recommend!

"Great company to work with"
Great company to work with. When I first started searching for quotes, one business took more than a week to get back to me via email, but Axentworkwear was super quick to reply, usually on the same day, to all my questions and concerns, which I found to be fantastic. The entire order was handled and delivered within the promised timeframe. I’d definitely suggest using this company and will be placing more orders with them in the future.

"Regrettably, the service fell short..."
Regrettably, the service fell short of my expectations. Before I made my purchase, I reached out to your representative to verify the size for 2XL. He mentioned that the chest measurement was between 46" and 48", but when the jacket arrived, it turned out to be 50" to 52". So, I’ll be sending the jacket back after the bank holiday and will need to place a new order! Cheers, Keith Chambers.

I'm really pleased with the quality of these shirts - the stitching and support are great. The sizing is just right, and all the shirts came rebagged, so they look brand new, unlike some we've received from other companies.

"Order of customized hi-vis jackets via phone"
I placed a phone order for some hi-vis reflective jackets with custom designs for local elections, and it was super easy. They sent me the artwork for approval just like they said they would, and the final products arrived really fast. I’ll definitely be ordering again down the line.
